Hello dear friends !
You didn't expect to see this third collective reflection session in the light of day, right ? But as in life, it is when you least expect it that things happen... Like when the grip of the conscious, over-calculated loosens.
This time, if you don't mind, I'd like to turn your thoughts to the idea of reciprocity. It's a concept we all have some idea of, but I'll try a little etymological research anyway.

Okay, let's check out "reciprocal"...

- Which marks an equivalent exchange between two people, two groups : "A reciprocal friendship".
- Which is the reverse of something : Reciprocal proposal.
- Source of definitions and to go a little further...
The context.
Reciprocity is therefore that form of exchange without "losses" for either party. A kind of 'win-win' transaction. It is therefore an interaction in which we can hope that both people come out of it stronger.
I wanted to get your opinion on this quality that we all have in us and which is deeply linked to our empathy, our ability to identify with others and their emotional states, but not only.
For years, it has been almost one of the only values that guides my existence. I strive to be with others as I would want them to be with me. It is as simple and complex as that. For me, this is very close to the fundamental difference between individualism and egoism. We are individual beings by nature, let me explain. We are composed of a body independent of the group which is the seat of our mind, conscience and soul. For this reason, we can act as individuals, but not necessarily as selfish. Wouldn't taking care of oneself also mean taking care of the group (since we are part of it)? And can we be there for others if we are not there for ourselves first?
But I'm probably getting off track, or maybe just drawing circles around my subject ;-)
As for the previous "challenges", the idea is for you to feel free with regard to this idea of reciprocity (well, not to talk about anything else, you can write elsewhere, nothing prevents you from doing so).
It can be a memory related to something reciprocal, a fruitful exchange between you and a friend. Or anything you can think of in this perspective, a poem, a text analysis or an original story.
To conclude, reciprocity is for me an inseparable value from that of unity. Indeed, if you do not give "two" to someone, how can you believe that one day you will receive "two" ? Generous people receive and selfish people receive much less often! This is logical and that is why it is always better to take the first step and sometimes to put yourself at risk a little more...!
A few details on the choice of the image :
Although appearances do not suggest it, it was not for religious reasons that I chose this image. In fact, the choice was guided by an article by @wlffreitas in response to the first challenge. I'll put the quote here :
" From a perspective of philosophers and scholars who tend to talk about the theory of why the fingers of God and Adam do not touch even though they are so close, according to them God represents knowledge and is within a mind with the other angels that represent the thoughts, and so Adam can only gain knowledge if he is actually seeking and "reaching" through touch and the will to stretch a little farther, as you can see he is still lying in comfort".
I guess you understand the idea a bit better now ! Especially if you have read the previous part :)

vous ne pensiez plus voir cette troisième session de réflexions collective sortir à la lumière du jour, hein ? Mais comme dans la vie, c'est au moment où l'on s'y attend le moins que les choses se passent... Comme lorsqu'on dessert un peu l'étreinte de la volonté consciente et trop calculée.
Cette fois-ci, si vous le voulez bien, j'aimerai orienter vos réflexions sur l'idée de réciprocité. C'est un concept dont nous avons tous une petite idée, mais je vais tout de même m'essayer à une petite recherche étymologique.

Okay, allons donc voir "réciproque"...

- Qui est la réplique inverse de quelque chose : Proposition réciproque.

Le contexte.
La réciprocité est donc cette forme d'échange sans "pertes" pour aucune des parties. Une sorte de transaction "gagnant-gagnant". C'est donc une interaction où l'on peut espérer que les personnes ressortent grandies, l'une comme l'autre de celle-ci.
Je souhaitais avoir votre avis sur cette qualité que nous avons tous en nous et qui est profondément liée à notre empathie, notre capacité à nous identifier aux autres et à leurs états émotionnels, mais pas seulement.
Depuis des années, c'est presque une des seules valeurs qui guide mon existence. Je m'efforce d'être avec les autres comme je souhaiterai qu'ils le soient avec moi. C'est aussi simple et complexe que cela. On rejoint pour moi de près la différence fondamentale entre l'individualisme et l'égoïsme. Nous sommes des êtres individuels par nature, je m'explique. Nous sommes composés d'un corps indépendant du groupe qui est le siège de notre esprit, conscience et âme. Pour cette raison, nous pouvons agir en individu, mais pas forcément en égoïste. Prendre soin de soi, ne serait-ce pas aussi, prendre soin du groupe (puisque nous en faisons partie) ? Et peut-on être là pour les autres si on ne l'est pour soi-même avant tout ?
Mais je m'éloigne probablement, ou peut-être dessine simplement des cercles autour de mon sujets ;-)
Comme pour les précédents "challenges" l'idée est pour vous de vous sentir libre par rapport à cette idée de réciprocité (enfin pas non plus de parler de complètement autre chose, vous pouvez écrire ailleurs , rien ne vous en empêche).
Il peut s'agir d'un souvenir lié à quelque chose de réciproque, d'un échange fructueux entre vous et un ami. Ou tout ce que vous pourrez imaginer dans cette perspective, un poème, une analyse de texte ou une histoire originale.
Pour conclure, la réciprocité est pour moi une valeur indissociable de celle d'unité. En effet, si vous ne donnez pas "deux" à quelqu'un, comme pouvez croire qu'un jour vous recevrez "deux" ? Les gens généreux reçoivent et les égoïstes, beaucoup moins souvent ! C'est logique et c'est pourquoi on gagne toujours à faire le premier pas et parfois, à se mettre un peu plus en risque...!
Quelques précisions sur le choix de l'image :
Bien que les apparences ne le laissent pas présager, ce n'est pas pour des raisons religieuses que j'ai choisi cette image. En vérité, ce choix a été orienté par un article de @wlffreitas en réponse au premier challenge. Je vous mets ici l'extrait en question :

- Rebloguez cet article - Cela sera vraiment très apprécié :) La communauté est toute jeune et a terriblement besoin de visibilité ! Après, si c'est au dessus de vos forces, je comprendrai aussi ^^
