Que tal mis Hivers lectores saludos a todos y en especial a esta maravillosa comunidad de @LovingHive en la cual no había tenido el privilegio de unirme, por lo que es un grato placer para mí el integrarme a esta gran familia y poder publicar mi primer post con todos ustedes. Hoy quisiera unirme a la iniciativa propuesta por la comunidad, en dónde hablaremos referente a como poder iniciar en @Hive; dar consejos en realidad no es mi fuerte pero quisiera compartir algunos Tips de personas que me ayudaron mucho y de los cuales aprendí cuando inicie en la plataforma, haciendo mención especial al amigo @danielvehe quien me ayudó muchísimo durante mis primeros pasos y con quién estoy muy agradecido. Bueno sin más preámbulo iniciamos:
How about my Hivers readers, greetings to all and especially to this wonderful community of @LovingHive in which I had not had the privilege of joining, so it is a great pleasure for me to join this great family and be able to publish my first post with all of you. Today I would like to join the initiative proposed by the community, where we will talk about how to start @Hive; giving advice is not really my forte but I would like to share some tips from people who helped me a lot and from whom I learned when I started on the platform, making special mention of my friend @danielvehe who helped me a lot during my first steps and with whom I am very grateful. Well, without further ado, let's start:
Primero que nada deben tener muy en claro que para iniciar en la plataforma una de las cosas fundamentales es realizar tu presentación ante todos los usuarios, administradores, curadores y demás personas que hacen vida en @Hive. Allí van a exponer, sus nombres, de que país provienen, que o quien los atrajo a la plataforma, sus fortalezas, que esperan de ella, que desean aprender durante su trayectoria, entre otros aspectos personales que deseen compartir. Cabe resaltar que es importante realizar una buena publicación, ya que es tu Blog y tu carta de presentación en una de las mejores Blockchain a mi parecer y de muchos.
First of all, you must be very clear that to start on the platform one of the fundamental things is to make your presentation to all users, administrators, curators and other people who make life in @Hive. There they will expose their names, what country they come from, what or who attracted them to the platform, their strengths, what they expect from it, what they want to learn during their career, among other personal aspects that they want to share. It should be noted that it is important to make a good publication, since it is your Blog and your cover letter in one of the best Blockchain in my opinion and of many.
Uno de los errores principales cuando se inicia en Hive es el uso inadecuado de las etiquetas, es aquí donde agradezco al amigo @danielvehe quien por iniciativa propia vio un día una publicación que realicé cuando aún era novato y por medio de la amiga @enmymente me contacto y aconsejo bastante sobre el error que estaba cometiendo. Es importante saber que al momento de realizar la publicación por lo menos las 4 o 5 primeras etiquetas deben tener relación al tema que estamos tratando en ese momento; y evitar de forma literal usar etiquetas de curadores o ballenas, ya que muchos piensan que por utilizarla como fue mi caso en algún momento, tendrán beneficios de voto; y es todo lo contrario, más bien suelen ser ignorados por los cuidadores debido a eso.
One of the main mistakes when starting on Hive is the inappropriate use of labels, this is where I thank my friend @danielvehe who, on his own initiative, one day saw a post I made when he was still a rookie and through his friend @enmymente I contact and advise a lot about the mistake I was making. It is important to know that at the time of publication, at least the first 4 or 5 tags must be related to the topic we are dealing with at that time; and literally avoid using labels of curators or whales, since many think that by using it as was my case at some point, they will have voting benefits; and it is quite the opposite, rather they are often ignored by caregivers because of that.
Primero que nada es importante que sepamos que @Hive es una familia amplia, llena de muchas comunidades para el gusto de cada persona; claro está que debemos aprender mucho sobre la plataforma e ir creciendo poco a poco en todas ellas porque para eso estamos aquí, para enseñar nuestra habilidades pero también para aprender y superar la debilidades. Por tal motivo es recomendable encontrar uno o dos nichos propio, en donde podamos postear mientras vamos indagando e investigando todo lo referente a la plataforma; de modo que cuando ya hayamos aprendido podamos probar cosas nuevas y superarnos a nivel personal.
First of all, it is important that we know that @Hive is a large family, full of many communities for the taste of each person; It is clear that we must learn a lot about the platform and grow little by little in all of them because that is why we are here, to teach our skills but also to learn and overcome weaknesses. For this reason, it is advisable to find one or two niches of our own, where we can post while we investigate and investigate everything related to the platform; so that when we have already learned we can try new things and improve ourselves on a personal level.
Bueno aquí volveré hacer una mención especial a la amiga @crisch23 quien me dió un consejo muy importante que nunca había notado, el cual es hacer comunidad; de qué manera? votando los post, rebloguearlos, comentarlos, participar en los concursos e iniciativas propuestas en las comunidades, participar en los programas que se realizan en las comunidades por medio del Discord, entre otras. Como ella mismo me dijo, es una red social en dónde la idea es compartir contenido de calidad pero es importante hacer amigos para poder apoyarnos mutuamente y así ir creciendo poco a poco en la plataforma. Recuerden que @Hive no es una plataforma para competir con los demás, al contrario, es un lugar para relacionarse de forma sana haciendo lo que más nos apasiona.
Well here I will make a special mention to my friend @crisch23 who gave me a very important piece of advice that I had never noticed, which is to build community; how? voting the posts, reblog them, comment on them, participate in the contests and initiatives proposed in the communities, participate in the programs that are carried out in the communities through Discord, among others. As she herself told me, it is a social network where the idea is to share quality content, but it is important to make friends to be able to support each other and thus grow little by little on the platform. Remember that @Hive is not a platform to compete with others, on the contrary, it is a place to interact in a healthy way doing what we are most passionate about.
Para finalizar una de las cosas muy importante cuando estamos iniciando es la paciencia, recuerden que cuando se inicia en la plataforma se debe ser paciente ya que eres nuevo y por ende debes ir dándote a conocer poco a poco para después ir siendo tomado en cuenta, es un consejo personal ya que cuando inicie en @Hive tuve que esperar bastante para recibir mi primera Votación de alguna comunidad o ballena. Algo que es importante como mencioné en el título de este Tips, es hacer las cosas con amor y esfuerzo, no solo es escribir pistoladas y publicar por publicar, ya que si lo hacen así no serán tomados en cuenta y pocos serán los votos que pueden recibir por sus contenidos.
Finally, one of the very important things when we are starting is patience, remember that when you start on the platform you must be patient since you are new and therefore you must make yourself known little by little and then be taken into account, It's a personal advice since when I started @Hive I had to wait a long time to receive my first Vote from some community or whale. Something that is important, as I mentioned in the title of this Tips, is to do things with love and effort, it is not just writing guns and publishing for publishing, because if they do it that way they will not be taken into account and few will be the votes that can receive for its content.
