Hola queridos amigos, hoy quiero hablarles de cómo funciona la economía en HIVE según mi experiencia y la de algunos Hivers con más tiempo en la comunidad.
When you enter the HIVE platform, you find a huge range of possibilities to develop as a content creator, because there are a variety of communities where you can write about different topics, for example, sports, economics, art, poetry, food, photography and even develop your content under the vlog scheme thanks to the beautiful community of @3Speak.
If you publish original and quality content your work will be rewarded in three ways: in HBD, in HP, and HIVE. Usually, the rewards come in a couple where a percentage is paid in HBD and another in HP at the end of 7 days after publishing your post. But depending on the internal economy of the platform on some occasions you can receive this payment distributed a part in HBD, in HP, and another in HIVE. You could also receive it in HIVE and HP. Any of these reward schemes are valid, so don't be surprised.

Si publicas contenido original y de calidad tu trabajo ha de ser recompensado de tres formas: en HBD, en HP y en HIVE. Por lo general las recompensas vienen en una dupla donde un porcentaje es pagado en HBD y otro en HP al termino de 7 días después de haber publicado tu post. Pero dependiendo de la economía interna de la plataforma en algunas ocasiones puedes recibir este pago distribuido una parte en HBD, en HP y otra en HIVE. También la podrías recibir en HIVE y HP. Cualquiera de estos esquemas de recompensas es válido así que no te sorprendas.

Hay otras formas de ganar HP como lo es utilizando tu poder de voto de forma eficaz e inteligente. Cada vez que apoyas una publicación de otro usuario, dependiendo de la valoración total que gane ese post, recibes un porcentaje de ganancia de esas recompensas. Es decir no solo ganas por publicar tus propios artículos, también lo haces cuando apoyas con tu voto a otros.
También puedes delegar HP a algún usuario o alguna comunidad. En el caso de hacerlo a algún usuario, la delegación tiene la función de un préstamo por el tiempo que tu decidas para que otro hiver tenga la cantidad necesaria de HP o "combustible" para hacer algunas cosas básicas como publicar y votar. Generalmente esto ocurre cuando eres nuevo en HIVE y tu HP es bajito. El HP crece en la medida que publiques y eres recompensado.
Cuando delegas a una comunidad estás fortaleciendo su poder de voto, esto quiere decir que la comunidad que apoyas podrá pagar mejores recompensas y todos se benefician ya que cualquiera incluso tu puedes ser votado por la comunidad apoyada.
El beneficio de incrementar aunque sea de a poco tu HP es que tu poder de voto crece, esto se traduce que cuando apoyas una publicación al repartir las recompensas recibirás un porcentaje mayor. Esto se convierte en una especie de bola de nieve, es exponencial, los HP recibidos irán creciendo, tal vez al principio es imperceptible, pero deja que pasen unos meses y verás.
Como has podido ver con acciones sencillas, pero inteligentes estarás haciendo crecer tu patrimonio.

En Hive tenemos una campaña para realizarlos todos los primeros de cada mes, pero esto lo puedes hacer cualquier día incluso todos los días. Lo importante es que cada vez que empieces un mes te planifiques y coloques metas alcanzables. Por ejemplo tal vez te plantees este mes sumar a tu patrimonio 20 HBD, que al hacer "Power Up" son equivalentes a 20 HP pero debes decidir si lo haces el primer día del mes próximo o fraccionas ese monto para hacerlo de forma semanal o diario. Lo cierto es que cómo lo decidas trata de cumplirlo y verás que al cabo de un tiempo tu cuenta va aumentando de valor. Es vital que te coloques metas en ascenso, en la medida que recibas recompensas mayores, aumenta tu capacidad de ahorro.
Los HBD también sirven para intercambiarlos por HIVE, una criptomeda que se cotiza en los mercados y que es convertible en otras criptos las cuales puedes tradear o convertirlas en monedas líquidas de circulación en tu localidad. Y aquí viene la gran pregunta que seguro te estarás haciendo mientras lees: ¿Puedo gastarme todos los HIVES que yo quiera? Pues depende de cuál sea tu objetivo. De gastar todo en HIVE y sacarlos de la plataforma te estarás descapitalizando y no se fortalece la economía de HIVE. Osea ¿todo es cuestión de ahorrar? Cuándo veo mis ganancias? No, la idea no es trabajar para no disfrutar de lo bien ganado, el problema es tener una visión a corto plazo. Es similar a cobrar tu sueldo y gastarlo todo ese mismo día. Si quieres ser un hiver comprometido con tu crecimiento financiero te aconsejo colocarte metas. Haz una planificación de los que quieres y traza una estrategia. Mes a mes evalúa tu reputación, a medida que esta aumenta tu crecimiento en el ecosistema es mayor. Evalúa periódicamente el incremento de tu HP. Una cuenta valorada en 500$ al cabo de un tiempo puede convertirse en una de 5000$ y tal vez más. En la medida que publiques contenido de calidad, tus recompensas aumentan de tal forma que podrás retirar algunas de tus ganancias y disfrutarlas en aquellas cosas que te gustan o ser una fuente de sustento de tu familia pero para que esto sea de forma sostenida debes cuidar el capital que te ofrece HIVE.
Si tienes una meta financiera a largo plazo en HIVE estoy segura que las temporadas bajistas de la moneda no te afectarán. Por el contrario ese es un tiempo fundamental para agarrar impulso y crecer.

Oh yes @iskafan, there are tokens specific to each community. They are assigned to you if you win challenges or if you post in them. Each community has its own criteria to assign them. These tokens can be traded in the internal market of the platform and can be staked or converted to HIVE.
