Mi nombre es Maregnis Lozano Rada, soy de Colombia de la hermosa ciudad de barranquilla. Tengo 43 años, estoy viviendo en unión libre y tengo una hija de 21 años. Soy profesional en administración de recursos humanos.
Hello, I am new to HIVE and I want to show a little about myself and what I do and I want to share on my HIVE page.
My name is Maregnis Lozano Rada, I am from Colombia from the beautiful city of Barranquilla. I am 43 years old, I am living in a common law marriage and I have a 21-year-old daughter. I am a professional in human resources administration.
Estudié en un colegio de monjas quienes me enseñaron a realizar varias técnicas de manualidades como el crochet, bordado, pintura en óleo etc. En ese tiempo me encantaba ese tipo de arte manual pero lo que más me gustaba sobre todo era el tejido a crochet. Nunca lo tomé en serio, aunque me gustaba mucho hacía cosas pequeñas como moños, cintillos, zapatos para bebe, no para la venta, siempre los regalaba. Ya con el tiempo me enfoqué en los estudios, me comprometí, tuve mi hija y olvidé un poco mi gusto por las manualidades. Realice un curso de estética y belleza enfocado más que todo en la estética del cabello como son los peinados y alisados. En esto estuve trabajando por más de 1 año; luego de esto entré a una empresa para desempeñar mi labor en el área de recursos humanos.
I studied at a nun's school who taught me how to do various craft techniques such as crochet, embroidery, oil painting, etc. At that time I loved that type of manual art but what I liked most of all was crocheting. I never took it seriously, although I really liked it. I made small things like bows, headbands, baby shoes, not for sale, I always gave them as gifts. Over time I focused on my studies, I got engaged, I had my daughter and I somewhat forgot my love for crafts. Take an aesthetics and beauty course focused primarily on hair aesthetics such as hairstyles and straightening. I was working on this for more than 1 year; After this I joined a company to work in the human resources area.
Hasta hace poco que por cosas de la vida me quedé sin empleo y eso me deprimió un poco. Esa depresión me llevó a retomar mi gusto por el tejido, por mi salud mental y para des estresarme. Empecé haciendo tops para mi hija y muchas amigas quedaron encantadas con los proyectos y así empecé a venderlos, no ha sido fácil pero mi meta es llegar a crear una marca de crochet. Estoy creando el diseño del logo y el nombre para la marca. Aún está en proceso, pero estoy trabajando para poder lograrlo.
Until recently, due to things in life, I lost my job and that depressed me a little. That depression led me to return to my love for knitting, for my mental health and to relieve stress. I started making tops for my daughter and many friends were delighted with the projects and that's how I started selling them. It hasn't been easy but my goal is to create a crochet brand. I am creating the logo design and name for the brand. It's still in the works, but I'm working towards it.

Me gusta mucho ver videos de diferentes manualidades en crochet como vestidos, trajes de baño, ropa de bebés, para aprender distintas técnicas de tejido, me he inclinado más que todo en lo que es la ropa para mujer, la ropa para bebes solo la hago cuando tengo algún regalo para hacer.
I really like to watch videos of different crochet crafts such as dresses, swimsuits, baby clothes, to learn different knitting techniques, I have focused more on women's clothing. I only make baby clothes when I have a gift to give.
En estos momentos tengo un trabajo estable que me permite realizar los proyectos que me encargan, mi idea es poder crear una marca y poder sacar una línea de tops y trajes de baño, así como una colección. Quiero aprender a hacer zapatos en crochet para tener una línea completa, para eso estoy en unas clases virtuales que me han gustado mucho y lo veo como un proyecto no lejano.
At the moment I have a stable job that allows me to carry out the projects that are assigned to me. My idea is to create a brand and be able to release a line of tops and swimsuits, as well as a collection. I want to learn how to crochet shoes to have a complete line, for that I am in some virtual classes that I really liked and I see it as a not far away project.
Estoy muy interesada en aprender muchas técnicas para así reforzar mis conocimientos y poder crecer en este negocio que además me encanta y no lo veo como un trabajo sino como algo que me relaja, que me gusta, me puedo pasar horas enteras tejiendo.
Mi contenido también puede ser variado explicando varios procesos para la recuperación capilar que también me gusta mucho hacer.
I am very interested in learning many techniques in order to strengthen my knowledge and be able to grow in this business that I also love and I do not see it as a job but as something that relaxes me, that I like, I can spend entire hours knitting.
My content can also be varied, explaining various processes for hair recovery that I also really like to do.
Quiero participar de esta comunidad porque me han hablado muy bien de ella y sé que me ayudará a crecer y poder hacer posible el sueño de tener una marca propia, sé que se puede aprender muchas cosas de las demás personas que también participan de esta comunidad.
