As much as some are common sense there are some of the things that are still vague, like pictures sourcing etc.
What irritates me the most is the lack of "common sense"... If I have to explain to someone that you have to appreciate the person who came to your post and spent some time on it, I snap and can't continue... lol... Or the question: "Do I have to reply on the comment from my post?" Like... wtf? Why would you even ask that question... 😃
I suppose because of all those reasons, I suck on onboarding... 😂
I tend to be slight perfectionist haha and it's a character flaw I am trying to improve. You know, maybe sometimes good enough is good enough.
As I think that I'm in your "band" of perfectionists, I don't have any high expectations of newbies... Rewarding the effort and a good attitude is a good start, I suppose... We all have room for growth... that's the point to be better every next day...
