So i read a little bit of the conversation of you & @jarvie ...
Without knowing all the details, i think some veteran hivers think too complicated, and your marketing ideas/videos "nail it" much more.
Marketing has been a problem since Steemit days. I mentioned it once to a witness back in Steemit days, and he really said, the creators themselves should go outside & promote it. Damn, even i am pushing it on my page: https://luca1777.com/ , because i see potential for the future, but....
But i am more worried about the payout system for the creators...the blockchain seems to give back like 70% to high-staked curators, instead of "respecting" the Creator!? With this basic construct, i am still wondering, if it ever makes sense to target being a full time Hive-Creator...or is it "slavery" again...and nothing changed in this world...??😏
(grin) I agree with you, but when someone 'nails it', others are only able to recognize that fact if they drop their egos and admit it. :)
In that post I linked, my opening line stated flat-out that hive has few (if any) talented marketers here, and that I'm likely one of the best. It pissed people off, but it's true. I'm glad you see that marketing is an issue.
As far rewarding creators, that's a different issue entirely. Generally it goes like this, Hive rewards content-creators in crypto, other social platforms don't. Is it 'enough' rewards? Is it 'fair' rewards? I don't know, but that's a discussion for another post, I'd say, lol.

Hive is for the community / by the community, and their brand assets are offered freely ( https://hive.io/brand/ ), but they're also a publicly traded company, so I'm not 100% sure regarding the selling of materials. Either way, the world won't end if you give it a shot, wishing you lots of success. 🙏
