- SEGURIDAD Y CONFIANZA / SECURITY AND CONFIDENCE
Una de las cosas que sentí cuando comencé en esta plataforma fue inseguridad , no estaba del todo segura si podía crear contenido que a la gente le fuera a gustar no tenía esa confianza en mí en que realmente lo lograría y no por no querer sino porque era un tipo de persona que no sabía hacer nada para mí era imposible atreverme a hacer algo que nunca había hecho, gracias a mi sobrina que me apoyó aquí estoy con todos ustedes, así que a esas nuevas personas que están iniciando en Hive les quiero decir que confíen en ustedes mismos y que sientan la seguridad de que a las personas que hacen parte de esta plataforma les gustará su contenido. Así que salgamos de nuestra zona de confort y hagamos algo diferente a lo que realmente estamos acostumbrados a hacer.
One of the things I felt when I started on this platform was insecurity, I was not entirely sure if I could create content that people would like I did not have that confidence in me that I would really make it and not because I did not want to but because I was a kind of person who did not know how to do anything for me it was impossible to dare to do something I had never done, thanks to my niece who supported me here I am with all of you, so to those new people who are starting in Hive I want to tell you to trust in yourselves and feel confident that the people who are part of this platform will like your content. So let's get out of our comfort zone and do something different than what we are really used to doing.
- CONOCER LAS DIVERSAS COMUNIDADES QUE ESTÁN DENTRO DE LA PLATAFORMA / TO GET TO KNOW THE DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES THAT ARE WITHIN THE PLATFORM
Cuando inicié en Hive sólo publicaba en dos comunidades las cuales eran las de manualidades y costura, sabía que existían otras pero no me daba la oportunidad de conocerlas, sentía un poco de temor hacer mis publicaciones porque creía que no iban a tener buenos resultados, es increíble ver que existen gran variedad de comunidades y que todas son muy buenas, poco a poco me fui integrando a cada una de ellas haciendo algo diferente, así que no perdamos esa gran oportunidad.
When I started in Hive I only published in two communities which were those of crafts and sewing, I knew there were others but did not give me the opportunity to know them, I felt a little afraid to make my publications because I thought they would not have good results, it's amazing to see that there are a variety of communities and that all are very good, little by little I was integrating each of them doing something different, so do not miss this great opportunity.

- SER PERSISTENTES / BE PERSISTENT
Tal vez no todo sea color de rosa al principio pero lo importante es persistir, al principio para mí no fue fácil habían publicaciones bien votadas otras no tanto, pero esto no fue motivo para yo dejar de publicar, al contrario me daba fuerzas para seguir esforzándome para superar los obstáculos, cada día iba mejorando, cuando tus post no sean bien recompensados no desistas sé una persona persistente.
Maybe not everything is rosy at the beginning but the important thing is to persist, at the beginning for me it was not easy, there were publications well voted others not so much, but this was not a reason for me to stop publishing, on the contrary it gave me strength to continue striving to overcome the obstacles, every day I was improving, when your posts are not well rewarded do not give up, be a persistent person.
- REVISAR BIEN TU CONTENIDO ANTES DE PUBLICARLO / CHECK YOUR CONTENT BEFORE PUBLISHING IT
Este fue uno de los consejos que me dió mi sobrina y lo quiero compartir con ustedes; revisar bien nuestro contenido antes de publicarlo, verificar que todo esté en orden, que esté el título del post, las etiquetas acorde con la publicación y por supuesto que esté en la comunidad correcta.
This was one of the tips my niece gave me and I want to share it with you; check our content before publishing it, verify that everything is in order, that the title of the post, the tags are in accordance with the publication and of course that it is in the correct community.
- INTERACTUAR CON LOS DEMÁS / INTERACTING WITH OTHERS
Este es un paso importante, sabemos que esta plataforma esta integrada por una gran familia y por ende debemos relacionarnos con los demás, es una forma de conocerlos y darnos a conocer nosotros también, debe existir una buena comunicación de parte de cada integrante, debemos comentar publicaciones que nos llamen la atención, eso sí con comentarios amables sin ofender por supuesto, esto me ha ayudado mucho a hacer buenos amigos y a conocer personas de diferentes lugares.
This is an important step, we know that this platform is integrated by a big family and therefore we must relate with others, it is a way to know them and make ourselves known as well, there must be a good communication from each member, we must comment publications that call our attention, but with kind comments without offending of course, this has helped me a lot to make good friends and to meet people from different places.
