“World Earth Day" themed DIY CONTEST - A Zen Beach
Hello friends, greetings, knowing the importance of taking care of our planet, and the duty to keep it clean. If we want to enjoy our earth to the fullest, it will depend on us to conserve it. This is a great push from the DIYHUB Community, so that we have awareness and today I want to participate with a dream where it is reflected as it would be, to spend a relaxing day on a clean beach, free of pollution where we breathe pure air and our inner peace is balanced with our universe.

Hola amigos, un saludo, sabiendo la importancia de cuidar nuestro planeta, y el deber de mantenerlo limpio. Si queremos disfrutar de nuestra tierra a lo máximo, dependerá de nosotros conservarla. Este es un gran empuje de la Comunidad de DIYHUB, para que tengamos conciencia y hoy quiero participar con un sueño donde se refleja como sería, pasar un día de relax en una playa limpia, libre de contaminación donde se respira aire puro y nuestra paz interior se equilibra con nuestro universo.

The project I bring you is a miniature beach, built with recyclable materials, which will motivate us to take more care of our environment because it provides us with well-being, health, fun and entertainment to all of us who inhabit it.
El proyecto que les traigo es una playa en miniatura, construida con materiales reciclables, que nos motivará a cuidar más nuestro medio ambiente ya que él nos proporciona, bienestar, salud, diversión y entretenimiento a todos, lo que lo, habitamos.
We take care of all our environment, not throwing garbage into the seas and rivers our fish will multiply, if we take care of our forests and do not use pesticides, the land will give us good fruits, because nature is grateful, save water, paper, and recycle everything we can, plant many trees, the land is our livelihood in the economic, social, environmental and is essential for all living things, which is why we must preserve our spaces, from the local to the general. For this purpose we will use the following recycled materials.
Cuidamos todo nuestro entorno, no arrojando basura a los mares y ríos nuestros peces se multiplicarán, si cuidamos nuestros bosques y no usamos pesticidas, la tierra nos dará buenos frutos, porque la naturaleza es agradecida, ahorremos el agua, el papel, y reciclemos todo lo que podamos, sembremos muchos árboles, la tierra es nuestro sustento en lo económico, en lo social, en lo ambiental y es imprescindible para todo ser viviente, es por ello que debemos conservar nuestros espacios, desde lo local a lo general. Para este propósito utilizaremos los siguientes materiales reciclados.

- Cardboard, pizza box
- Anime
- Popsicle sticks, or wooden sticks
- Scissors
- Glue and silicone stick
- Colors or paint, markers, paintbrush
- Beach sand
- Blue cloth or pebbles
- A small plastic bottle
- Bond paper of any color
- Pencil and ruler
- Exacto or scalpel
- Yarn
- Dry sticks and sticks

The objective is to make a beach, with sand, a kiosk to sell food, with a bench to sit on, a beach chair with an umbrella to cover yourself from the sun's rays, some cholas to avoid getting burned by the sand when walking, for fun: surfboards, a ball, and to dive into the water a lifeguard, set with palm trees and a wooden fence, a guitar to sing, anything extra we want to add.
El objetivo es realizar una la playa, con arena, un kiosco de venta de comida, con un banco para sentarse, una silla playera con su sombrilla para cubrirse de los rayos del sol, unas cholas para no quemarte con la arena al caminar, para la diversión: tablas de surf, pelota, y para sumergirte en el agua un salvavidas, ambientadas con unas palmeras y una cerca de madera, una guitarra para cantar, cualquier cosa extra que le queramos añadir.
To make the chair: we use five sticks and paint them, with them we make the backrest, we cut two sticks of the width of the backrest and glue them to reinforce the back, then we cut four sticks to make the seat of the same width of the backrest of the chair and also reinforce it, see images.
Para realizar la silla: utilizamos cinco palitos los pintamos, con ellos hacemos el espaldar, picamos dos palitos del ancho del espaldar y lo pegamos para reforzar la parte de atrás, luego picamos cuatro palitos para hacer el asiento del mismo ancho del espaldar de la silla e igualmente reforzamos, ver imágenes.
The umbrella: we make a circle of 10 cm, folding in half, three times, then take a sheet of paper and roll it like a stick to make the tube, see images.
La sombrilla: hacemos un circulo de 10 cm, doblando por la mitad, tres veces, luego tomamos una hojita de papel y enrollamos como un palito para hacerle el tubo, ver imágenes.
The boards: we chop the anime we give it the shape of a surfboard and then, we draw and paint, measures 2 cm wide x 6 cm long.
Las tablas: picamos el anime le damos forma de tabla de surf y luego, dibujamos y pintamos, medidas 2 cm ancho x 6 cm de largo.
The bench: we use a soda cap, we glue the sticks, see images.
El banco: utilizamos una tapa de refresco, pegamos los palitos, ver imágenes.
The cholas: we draw four templates of the same size, freehand, lined with fabric, see images.
Las cholas: sacamos cuatro plantillas del mismo tamaño, a mano alzada, forramos con tela, ver imágenes.
The guitar: we draw two templates, freehand and we put everything you need, see images.
La guitarra: sacamos dos plantillas, a mano alzada y le colocamos todo lo que necesita, ver imágenes.
Lifeguards: two round a hole in the center and decorate, can be one of cardboard and the other with anime, see pictures.
Salvavidas: dos redondillos un hueco en el centro y decoramos, puede ser uno de cartón y el otro con anime, ver imágenes.
Kisoco: we use cardboard: the sides measure 3cm x width x 8 cm high, the front 10cm wide x 8 cm high, take a roof 3cm wide by 18cm long and crumple it. Cut the measures of the cardboard and start gluing the pieces, make four paper sticks, like the umbrella, two that measure 6cm and two that measure 4cm high and paint them, then glue the pieces, to the part of the counter we make four holes to place the sticks, see images.
Kisoco: utilizamos cartón: los laterales miden 3cm x de ancho x 8 de alto, la parte de adelante10cm de ancho x 8 cm de alto, lleva un techo 3cm de ancho por 18cm de largo y arrucharlo. Cortar las medidas de los cartones y comenzar a pegar las piezas, hacer cuatro palitos de papel, como el de la sombrilla, dos que midan 6cm y dos que midan 4cm alto y pintarlos, luego ir pegando las piezas, a la parte del mostrador le hacemos cuatro huequitos para colocar los palitos, ver imágenes.
Fence of sticks: we chop all of the same size, paint and place a stick along the length we glue, 5 cm, see images.

Ball: anime ball and paint. I improvised one with a transparent sphere.
Pelota: bolita de anime y pintamos yo improvise una con una esfera transparente.
The surface: where we are going to place everything is a larger cardboard, I used a pizza box.
La superficie: donde vamos a colocar todo es un cartón más grande, yo utilicé una caja de pizza.
