Hello beautiful hiver,🤗 how was our night rest happy weekend to you all I hope we all slept well .

Today I want to share with you all how I made this cultural attire for my kid sister .

Tomorrow is our cultural mass in our church and our priest has us to dress in our cultural attire though we are igala by tribe from kogi state but we reside in Yoruba land and my sister was born in Yoruba land so she insisted that she want to dress in Yoruba culture that is why I made this beautiful and simple buba top for her .

This dress is the most simple dress to made because it doesn't have much joining and she will tie wrapper and gele 🤗.

Cutting and sewing step

I made used of 3yard of Ankara fabrics, firstly I folded my fabrics into four then I measure 11" from the center has shoulder allowance then I measure 3" width and 3" length for the neck then the burst is 11" folded because it will be free on her body .

The sleeve measurement is 10"wide and 9"length + 3" folding allowance.
After cutting the bodice I joined the sleeve then hem the edge of the wrapper.

Sewing step
