Feliz Domingo de Resurrección amigos.
Finalizamos esta semana de Descanso con un delicioso batido de frutos morados que me encantan combinados con un yogurt cremoso.

los frutos de color morado 💜 son muy beneficios principalmente para nosotras las mujeres son antioxidantes nos ayudan a mantener el colesterol malo bajo control, son portadores de vitaminas A,B Y C.

SON IDEALES PARA CUANDO ESTAMOS EMBARAZADAS AYUDAN A FORTALECER EL ADN, ayuda mucho a la circulación de la sangre y prevenir infecciones, así que vamos a preparar este magnifico batido amigos.

We end this week of rest with a delicious purple fruit smoothie that I love combined with a creamy yogurt.

purple fruits 💜 are very beneficial, mainly for us women, they are antioxidants, they help us keep bad cholesterol under control, they are carriers of vitamins A, B and C.

THEY ARE IDEAL FOR WHEN WE ARE PREGNANT THEY HELP STRENGTHEN THE DNA, it helps a lot with blood circulation and prevent infections, so let's prepare this magnificent smoothie friends.

Ingredientes para un batido Color Morado:💜

🍇 100 gramos de Uvas Moradas
💜 10 Arándanos
💜 200 gramos de Yogurt de Uva

Ingredients for a Purple Smoothie:💜

🍇 100 grams of Purple Grapes
💜 10 Blueberries
💜 200 grams of Grape Yogurt

1ero 🍇
Lavar las uvas, cortar a la mitad y retirar las semillas.

1st 🍇
Wash the grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds.

2do 💜
Lavar y porcionar los arándanos a la mitad amigos.

2nd 💜
Wash and portion the blueberries in half, friends.

3ero 💜
Para ya finalizar agregamos el yogurt en la licuadora, junto a las uvas y los arándanos amigos procesando por 5 minutos.

- Tomamos nuestro colador y pasamos por el nuestro batido y estará listo para servir amigos.

Delicioso refrescante y exquisito este batido de uvas amigos, el yogurt le da una sedosidad espectacular, haciendo que en cada sorbo se sienta una cremosidad divina, el sabor de las uvas junto a arándano es magnifico no hay necesidad de agregar azúcar. Es un batido que les encantara y lo harán cada vez que puedan además a los niños les encantara tanto como al mío.
