Hola amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad, hoy quisé beber algo refrescante y lleno de sabor y nutrientes, por eso preparé este excelente jugo de naranja, zanahoria y jengibre, les puedo decir que tiene ingredientes que combinan muy bien y por lo que es bueno para nuestra salud, además nos repone después de un día agotador. Para prepararlo necesitarás unos minutos, como verás a continuación en este paso a paso.
Hello friends of this wonderful community, today I wanted to drink something refreshing and full of flavor and nutrients, so I prepared this excellent orange, carrot and ginger juice, I can tell you that it has ingredients that combine very well and so it is good for our health, it also replenishes us after a tiring day. To prepare it you will need a few minutes, as you will see below in this step by step.
03 naranjas, 01 zanahoria, 01 trozo de jengibre, 01 taza de agua y azúcar al gusto.
English:
03 oranges, 01 carrot, 01 piece of ginger, 01 cup of water and sugar to taste.
El primer paso es lavar, pelar y rallar la zanahoria.
The first step is to wash, peel and grate the carrot.
El segundo paso es lavar y cortar por la mitad las naranjas, luego con un exprimidor las exprimos para obtener el jugo.
The second step is to wash and cut in half the oranges, then with a juicer we squeeze them to obtain the juice.
Ahora en la licuadora pongo el jugo de naranja extraído, el agua, la zanahoria rallada, el trozo de jengibre y el azúcar, licúo muy bien hasta que no queden grumos y obtenga una mezcla homogénea y listo. Particularmente, no lo cuelo, me gusta así para aprovechar sus nutrientes. Pero eso es decisión de cada uno.
Now in the blender I put the extracted orange juice, the water, the grated carrot, the piece of ginger and the sugar, I blend very well until there are no lumps and I get a homogeneous mixture and that's it. In particular, I don't strain it, I like it that way to take advantage of its nutrients. But that is everyone's decision.
Esta vez lo consumí en la cena, porque me apetecía mucho un jugo refrescante y para mí esto es ideal. Lo serví con hielo y lo tomé enseguida, para disfrutar de los nutrientes de este delicioso y refrescante jugo.
