Greetings friends of Amazing Drinks. Currently in my country, Venezuela, some fruits are in season, among them the strawberry, which I have always liked. It is possible to make juices and smoothies with this fruit that is delicious, besides being rich in water, vitamin C and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, folic acid, manganese and potassium. By consuming strawberries, we protect our cells and prevent cancer because it contains many antioxidants.
This time, I decided to combine strawberries with a vegetable that I always have at home, the carrot. Among its properties I can mention that it contains provitamin A, which helps our skin to be healthy as well as our vision. I remember hearing at home that carrots are very good for eyesight. The juice of this juice is a wonderful combination of vitamins A, B and C, especially to strengthen the immune system, if you drink it at breakfast, you will be taking advantage of all its extraordinary properties to the fullest.
Ingredients
- 7 Strawberries.
- 1 Small carrot
- Sugar to taste
- Water
Preparation
1.- Wash the strawberries well and cut them into small pieces. Do the same with the carrot, remove the skin, wash and cut into small cubes.
2.- Place both fruits in the blender and add water just to cover the fruit.
3.- Then add sugar to taste and blend for 1 minute. We can adjust the sugar level, it is up to each person, I usually add very little sugar.
4.- Serve with a strawberry to garnish, ready to enjoy this healthy beverage.

Saludos amigos de Amazing Drinks. Actualmente en mi país, Venezuela, algunas frutas están de temporada, entre ellas la fresa, que siempre me ha gustado. Es posible hacer jugos y batidos con esta fruta que es deliciosa, además de ser rica en agua, vitamina C y minerales como el calcio, hierro, fósforo, magnesio, ácido fólico, manganesio y el potasio. Al consumir fresas, protegemos nuestras células y prevenimos el cáncer ya que contiene muchos antioxidantes.
En esta ocasión, decidí combinar la fresa con una hortaliza que siempre tengo en casa, la zanahoria. Entre sus propiedades puedo menciona que contiene provitamina A, que ayuda a nuestra piel a estar saludable al igual que la visión. Recuerdo escuchar decir en casa que la zanahoria es muy buena para vista. El zumo de este jugo es una combinación maravillosa de vitaminas A, B y C, especial para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico, si lo tomas en el desayuno, estarás aprovechando todas sus extraordinarias propiedades al máximo.
Ingredientes
- 7 Fresas
- 1 Zanahoria pequeña
- Azúcar al gusto
- Agua
Preparación
1.- Lavamos bien las fresas y las cortamos en trozo pequeños. Hacemos lo mismo con la zanahoria, le retiramos la piel, la lavamos y la cortamos en cubos pequeños.
2.- Colocamos ambas frutas en la licuadora y añadimos agua solo hasta cubrir la fruta.
3.- Luego añadimos azúcar al gusto y licuamos por 1 minuto. Podemos rectificar el punto de azúcar, es a guato de cada persona, por lo general yo le pongo muy poca cantidad./div>
