Un saludo muy cordial, les comento, la tizana una bebida típica de Venezuela, es tan popular como el guarapo de papelón, hecha a base de frutas tropicales, la combinación de sus jugos, hacen de este coctel una bebida deliciosa, sus grandes aportes de vitamina, minerales, fibras, hierro y muchos nutrientes más, resultan beneficiosos para el organismo ya que nos proporcionan muchas energías.

Known throughout the country, I remember it, at school parties, when a school year ended, the teachers organized a farewell to the children, they prepared in each classroom, with the fruits they brought, a great tizana, this union of all the fruits with their natural juices were mixed in a large pot and then added to give more taste a cola flavored soda, also, the traditional of the time and this drink was the delight of school children and adults.
Conocida en todo el país, la recuerdo, en las fiestas de las escuelas, cuando terminaba un año escolar, las maestras organizaban una despedida a los niños, preparaban en cada salón, con las frutas que ellos traían, una gran tizana, esta unión de todas las frutas con sus jugos naturales eran mezclados en una olla grande y luego le añadían para darle más gusto un refresco sabor a colita, también, el tradicional de la época y esta bebida era el deleite de los niños escolares y también de los adultos.
I believe that now there are variations, some use grenadine, others add other liquids, which are equally appetizing to our taste, today I bring them to you with colita soda. I have been going out for days and with all the Easter activities that are celebrated these days, I have prepared at home this delicious tizana that I would call it a fruit party. I used some fruits that I had on hand, I missed the orange, for those who want to prepare it do not forget the orange.
Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 2 cambures
- ½ strawberry
- 1 pineapple
- ¼ melon
- ¼ of lechoza
- ½ liter of cola soda
Creo que ahora hay variaciones unos utilizan granadina otros le agregan otros líquidos, que igualmente son apetecibles para nuestro gusto, hoy se las traigo con el refresco de colita. Tengo días saliendo a la calle y con todas las actividades de Semana Santa que se celebran en estos días, he preparado en casa esta rica tizana que yo la llamaría fiesta de frutas. Utilicé algunos frutos que tenía a la mano, me falto la naranja, para quien la quiera preparar no se olvide de la naranja.
Ingredientes:
- 2 manzanas
- 2 cambures
- ½ patilla
- 1 piña
- ¼ de melón
- ¼ de lechoza
- ½ litro de refresco de colita
Preparation:
The first thing to do is to wash all the fruits very well and peel them, then we start chopping them into cubes. We reserve a few pieces of the patilla and pineapple and we blend each fruit separately, emptying each one in different containers.

Lo primero es lavar muy bien todas las frutas y pelarlas, luego la comenzamos a picar en cuadritos. Reservamos unos trozos patilla y la piña y licuamos aparte cada fruta, vaciándole cada uno en distintos recipientes.
The rest of the fruits that are all chopped, we place them in a container and add the pineapple juice, the juice of the patilla and finally the colita, stir, serve and we obtain the magic of the tizana ready and provocative, for the feasts it is very yielding.
El resto de las frutas que están todas picadas, la colocamos en un envase y le agregamos el jugo de la piña, el jugo de la patilla y por último la colita, removemos, servimos y obtenemos la magia de la tizana lista y provocativa, para los festines es muy rendidora.
Note: The other fruits that were chopped are cantaloupe and lechosa.
Nota: Las otras frutas que estaban picadas son melón y lechosa.
