This time I will share a recipe with you processed dragon fruit combined with yogurt as a delicious drink that you must make at home. This recipe was inspired by one of the content on social media a few days ago. I have a stock of dragon fruit, so if I don't process it into a fresh drink like this it feels really incomplete, right? Hehe anyway, this is the right mainstay to be enjoyed during weather like this in my area.
Iced Dragon Fruit Yogurt
Iced dragon fruit yogurt is a combination of dragon fruit that is mashed and then stirred with packaged yogurt. Then given a little touch of sweetness from sweetened condensed milk. This preparation is very easy for you to serve at home during the afternoon when the weather is hot again. Ice biah dragon has a bright color that is certainly very fresh to eat.
Ingredients
150 ml yogurt
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
250 ml mineral water
Making Procedure
I cut the dragon fruit and then mash the dragon fruit with a cutlery.
Next prepare ice cubes until full into the glass add yogurt.
Then add sweetened condensed milk, then stir until evenly distributed.
Finally add the pureed dragon fruit, stir until evenly mixed.
Result
The yogurt dragon fruit drink is ready for me to enjoy, look at this drink I served in a large glass and I finished it myself. Hehe it's that good that I added pieces of dragon fruit on top,. You can also add some pieces on top or you can also add whipe cream.

I think it will be very fun, right? Dragon fruit and yogurt do have an authentic flavor, the sweet and sour combination of yogurt makes it even more delicious, especially when tasting the drink becomes creamier.
Serve this at home as a treat for your guests I am sure they will love it. Well if you add a topping of dragon fruit pieces like I did, but adding an ice cream topping with some dragon fruit pieces on top is also very good. All adjust to your taste, for me this alone is very delicious.
