Tengo el agrado de publicar la elaboración de un jugo desintoxicante natural para el organismo, para ello cortamos en pequeños trozos una zanahoria y unas ramitas de la planta denominada apio españa, que igualmente cortamos en trocitos. Ambos vegetales loa agregamos en el envase de la licuadora, añadimos agua bien fría, licuamos y procedemos a su consumo. Los procesos de intoxicación del organismo, a consecuencia del consumo en exceso de medicinas, son muy recurrentes, por tal motivo consumir el citado jugo, es muy buenp para minimizar los impactos negativos, que siempre son generados a nuestro cuerpo por el alto consumo de medicinas. Les expreso que antes utilizaba solo la zanahoria para minimizar los efectos negativos del alto consumo de medicamentos, incluso recetadas, sin embargo al saber que si acompañamos la zanahoria, con las ramitas de apio españa en licuación, sus efectos desintoxicantes son mejores. Soy un consecuente tomador del referido jugo medicinal, por sus beneficios medicinales, el cual espero lo elaboren y beban, para bien de la salud.
I am pleased to publish the preparation of a natural detoxifying juice for the body, for this we cut into small pieces a carrot and a few sprigs of the plant called celery spain, which also cut into small pieces. We add both vegetables in the blender container, add cold water, blend and proceed to its consumption. The processes of intoxication of the organism, as a consequence of the consumption in excess of medicines, are very recurrent, for such reason to consume the mentioned juice, is very good to minimize the negative impacts, which are always generated to our body by the high consumption of medicines. I express that before I used only the carrot to minimize the negative effects of the high consumption of medicines, even prescribed, but knowing that if we accompany the carrot, with the sprigs of celery in liquefaction, its detoxifying effects are better. I am a consistent taker of the referred medicinal juice, for its medicinal benefits, which I hope you elaborate and drink it, for the good of your health.
Para la elaboración del citado jugo desintoxicante del organismo, requerimos una zanahoria de 100 gramos, una ramita de 70 gramos de apio españa y dos vasos con agua de 200 C.C, cada uno.
For the elaboration of the above mentioned detoxifying juice of the organism, we require a carrot of 100 grams, a sprig of 70 grams of celery and two glasses with water of 200 C.C, each one.
Luego de lavar los vegetales mencionados, procedemos inicialmente a quitar la concha a la zanahoria, mediante el uso de un utensilio especializado, luego la cortamos en pequeños trozos, los cuales agregamos en el envase de la licuadora.
After washing the above mentioned vegetables, we proceed initially to remove the shell from the carrot, using a specialized utensil, then we cut it into small pieces, which we add in the blender container.
Seguidamente cortamos en trocitos las ramitas del apio españa, las cuales también agregamos en el envase de la licuadora, junto a los pequeños trozos de la zanahoria.
Next, we cut into small pieces the celery sticks, which we also add in the blender container, together with the small pieces of carrot.
A continuación, vertemos los dos vasos con agua en el envase de la licuadora, donde se encuentran los vegetales cortados; de zanahoria y apio españa, procediendo al licuado de dichos vegetales.
Next, pour the two glasses with water in the blender container, where the cut vegetables are located; carrot and celery, proceeding to the blending of these vegetables.
Con el apoyo de un cedazo, colocado encima de una jarra, añadimos lentamente en el mencionado utensilio, el licuado de la zanahoria y de la ramita de apio españa.
With the support of a sieve, placed on top of a pitcher, slowly add in the mentioned utensil, the liquefied of the carrot and the celery stick.
Finalmente, vertemos en una copa, el jugo medicinal licuado de zanahoria y apio españa.
