Hello, welcome to my blog. I feel good coming back to @amazingdrinks to share a juice that may be simple in preparation but the novelty for me is the protagonist fruit: Lulo. It is that being in Colombia I have been able to know this fruit that is very common here but in Venezuela it is not. Besides being a citrus fruit I love it and the truth, it is very delicious and healthy to drink a lulo juice.
Ah! but not to mention its properties, well like all citrus fruits is rich in vitamin C, but also in other vitamins such as A, E, k and several of type B, also contains minerals such as iron, phosphorus, calcium and potassium, no doubt the lulo is a wonder of nature because its composition serves to prevent various diseases, including eye diseases, such as catatara, acts against migraine, weak hair and bones, all this interests me because at home we have several Achilles heels related to health. The lulo was very quiet, but it has a lot to give for our well-being. So I invite you to consume this fruit if you get it in your country.
Of course, the beauty of the lulo is also external with its perfectly round shape and that bright orange color.
Now, I'll get down to work because that's what I've come to, to prepare with much love, a rich and refreshing lulo juice.
Ingredients.
3 Lulos.
1 1/2 liter of water.
Brown sugar, honey, stevia or any preferred sweetener.
Preparation.
You will see that it is very easy and quick to prepare this juice.
Step 1
Wash the lulos and cut them in half. It's similar to a parchita, that's how I see it.
Step 2
Scoop out the pulp from the fruit, carefully separating it from the husk.
Step 3
Place the pulp of the lulos in the blender.
Step 4
Add the water.
Step 5
Add the brown sugar to taste or sweetener of your choice and blend.
Step 6
The lulo juice is now ready. Strain out the seeds, if desired.
I like this juice very much and quickly pour the first glass.
Poured the lulo juice, for me it is a citrus temptation, but before drinking it I proceed with the obligatory photos to tempt you too 😊
This time the first glass is for me and not for any of my children.

¡Hola! Bienvenidos a mi blog. Me siento bien volviendo a @amazingdrinks para compartir un jugo que puede ser sencillo en preparación pero la novedad para mí es la fruta protagonista: Lulo. Es que estando en Colombia he podido conocer esta fruta que es muy común aquí pero en Venezuela no lo es. Además al ser una fruta cítrica me encanta y la verdad, es muy delicioso y saludable tomarse un jugo de lulo.
Ah! pero ni hablar de sus propiedades, bueno como todos los cítricos es rica en vitamina C, pero también en otras vitaminas como la A, E, k y varias del tipo B, igualmente contiene minerales como el hierro, fosforo, calcio y potasio, sin duda el lulo es una maravilla de la naturaleza porque su composición sirve para prevenir varias enfermedades, incluyendo de la vista, como la catatara, actúa en contra de la migraña, la debilidad del cabello y de los huesos, todo esto me interesa porque en casa tenemos varios talones de Aquiles relacionados a la salud. Bien calladito que estaba el lulo, pero tiene mucho que dar para nuestro bienestar. Así que te invito a consumir esta fruta si en tu país la consigues.
Por supuesto, la belleza del lulo es también externa con su forma perfectamente redonda y ese color anaranjado brillante.
Ahora, me pondré manos a la obra porque he venido a eso, para preparar con mucho cariño, un rico y refrescante jugo de lulo.
Ingredientes
3 Lulos.
1 1/2 litro de agua.
Azúcar morena, miel, stevia o cualquier edulcorante preferido.
Preparación
Verán que es muy fácil y rápido preparar este jugo.
Paso 1
Lavar los lulos y cortarlos por la mitad. Es parecido a una parchita, así lo veo.
Paso 2
Sacar la pulpa de la fruta, separándola con cuidado de la cascará.
Paso 3
Colocar la pulpa de los lulos en la licuadora.
Paso 4
Agrega el agua.
Paso 5
Agrega el azúcar morena al gusto o el edulcorante que desees y pon a licuar.
Paso 6
Ya está listo el jugo de lulo. Cuela las semillas, si lo deseas.
Este jugo me gusta mucho y rápido sirvo el primer vaso.
Servido el jugo de lulo, para mí es una cítrica tentación, pero antes de beberlo procedo con las fotos obligadas para tentarlos a ustedes también 😊
Esta vez el primer vaso es para mi y no para ninguno de mis hijos.

Es cierto que en Venezuela no es muy común conseguir lulo, hace unos meses compré pues para mí era algo totalmente novedoso cuando lo vi, no dudé en preguntar a la vendedora que fruta era.
La traje a casa y preparé un jugo junto a otras frutas, quedó muy sabroso.
