Papaya smoothies are very good for our health. Who here likes papaya? This orange fruit is rich in benefits. This fruit can also be made into a refreshing drink or a healthy food. Even eaten directly, it is delicious and very sweet. There are many varieties of papaya in the world, but in my opinion, the most delicious papaya is the honey papaya.

This oval-shaped papaya is very popular in our community. Its relatively affordable price makes it affordable for anyone. Well, today I will invite you to make a papaya smoothie. This smoothie is special because I add sweet, rich palm sugar. As we know, palm sugar is known for its sweet and rich sugar, with a slightly reddish brown color that makes this smoothie brighter.

For those of you who like papaya smoothies, this recipe is very useful for you to make at home, a recipe that doesn't require many ingredients, I think this recipe is very affordable, friends.

Materials used

200 grams of watermelon
1 glass of water
2 tablespoons of palm sugar
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk



Manufacturing procedure



First


First I took the papaya fruit, then I removed the seeds and peeled the skin until it was clean and I cut the papaya flesh into small pieces.

Second


After I cut the papaya into small pieces, I then mashed the papaya using a spoon and fork, I mashed it until it was really smooth.

Third


After the papaya is smooth, I then put it into a glass, smooth papaya, I also put in sweetened condensed milk, water and finally I put in palm sugar, I stirred it until it was evenly mixed, for the topping I also added pieces of papaya on top.

RESULTS

This is the result of the fresh fruit smoothie that is ready and ready to eat. How to make it is very easy. To smooth the papaya, you can also use a blender if you want the papaya to be very smooth like fruit juice, but I don't like it too smooth, I want the papaya to still have coarse fibers, so I smooth it using a spoon and fork.

The sweet taste of the fruit is very fresh, especially with the delicious sliced papaya topping, and the smoothie taste is really sweet with the addition of palm sugar and sweetened condensed milk, making it even sweeter and fresher. Before drinking it, I put it in the refrigerator to make it even fresher because I don't like adding ice cubes to my smoothie, I prefer it cold from the refrigerator.
