Nah... just regular Monday night dinner man! We normally cook enough over the weekend so during the week, there is no major cooking involved. Maybe just something for the kids only.

Today came back home early and got some Alu Matar done, North Indian style ;) Also made some Paratha.. that’s all. Nothing big. Common food, I am sure you get them down under as well ;)

Alu Matar and paratha...

Shut up! Now I want Indian food! :)

Yeah, we get them here...Loads of Indian food here actually, not all good, but generally of a pretty good quality. Wanting some right now...Because of you.

Ha ha! Well go for it. They are usually inexpensive and moderately healthy if cooked right :)

It might be on the cards for tonight as I'll be home late; Checking out a house a friend wants to buy...First house and $600,000+ is a lot of money to spend on the wrong one. :)

Wow! $431K US! That is high end for a first time home buyer! Well, you are the expert, I am sure you will guide through the process.

The average price in my State, for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is mid $500,000 so yeah, it's a bit high for a first time buyer but it's on 2000m2 of land and a hills-face location. We'll see if they can manage it. It's a nice place, needs some work, but could be a good option.

Interesting. Houston median 3-2 single family home price is $196,000 ($272,000 AUD), in 2020. But it’s highly variable across zip codes for a large city as you understand I am sure.
