I actually did...Are you familiar with it? Majorly I focused on stress and the sympathetic nervous system, as simple as it sounds, it's probably one of the most complex thing to understand theoritically and practically as well.

I only researched it on my own having that issue progress to a become an issue🙃. Basic flight or flight thought patterns arriving from stress. The Brain's Beta waves become ridged and causes non stop dopamine release of trauma happens especially as a child. Most don't even know they stuck in such a pattern, as everyday is survival for some.

As a result major head issues arise such as a phenomenon called the methylated mind, amongst other things like dizzy spells and hallucinating.
