In this video I talk about fear as a human emotion and what actually brings about or cause the state of fear in different people. Psychological, fear affects the homeostasis of the body and the mind causing a particular imbalance which leads to erratic actions. I talked about why fear isn't generally a bad thing and how it's effect often pushes people to do things they wouldn't necessarily do. I talked about how we can channel it rightly as it has more positive sides to it.

I actually did...Are you familiar with it? Majorly I focused on stress and the sympathetic nervous system, as simple as it sounds, it's probably one of the most complex thing to understand theoritically and practically as well.
I only researched it on my own having that issue progress to a become an issue🙃. Basic flight or flight thought patterns arriving from stress. The Brain's Beta waves become ridged and causes non stop dopamine release of trauma happens especially as a child. Most don't even know they stuck in such a pattern, as everyday is survival for some.
As a result major head issues arise such as a phenomenon called the methylated mind, amongst other things like dizzy spells and hallucinating.
