Celebrating the community you belong to or feel so, is undoubtedly one of the best options you might have to show gratitude, show how you feel about it, and what you have to offer in return.
And from that perspective, this opportunity or I would say, a noble initiative by @guiltyparties certainly deserves a big round of applause. Thanks, man!
Well, Hive is an ecosystem blessed with so many interactive and supporting communities. Those who can prove their worth through the means the community demands, get incentivised in various ways; often financially. But that doesn’t make it a “give and take” platform where only the givers are rewarded. I’d rather say, it’s a platform for all; for the social people who prefer making friends and broadening their knowledge through virtual exposure to strangers.
Enough with the preface!
Out of countless communities in Hive, I feel that #BDCommunity is where I belong to. It’s not that being a Bangladeshi I enjoy the most benefits or too shy to try other communities. If you have ever come across the community, you’ll notice the spontaneous participation of enthusiats around the globe; mostly authors and bloggers. They write for the community, enjoy the company of other authors, inspire others, get inspired, share investment ideas, harvest rewards.
There are numerous misconceptions about it among other communities. Some say the community only supports the content creators from Bangladesh. But, based on the actual scenario, I can assure you the community is open to all who are self-motivated and have talents in arranging words. Not only the words, if you are good at something, you are highly encouraged to join the flock and share your gems.
For example, many of the participants are good at painting; both digital art and canvas. They are there; enlightening the community with their talents with paint and colour. Also, there are many financial analyst. They help the community members get a better grip on the crypto market and its associates. Some even help their local community people with a passive income source without seeking recognition. It’s a full house of diversified talents and humanitarian activists.
From the level of engagement, I gues BDCommunity will be among the toppers that cares for its users and patrons. If you are in doubt, come visit the discord server and you will see the buzz. It’s a place that promotes fun, knowledge sharing, and most importantly, equity and humanity.
Busting the myth about the community’s intro, that says “Bangladeshi curation and support community,” don’t think it’s only for Bangladeshis. Instead, read it as “With Love, from Bangladesh.”
So, regardless of your ethnicity or gender, the community will support all your future endeavours— that worth it.
