I do remeber the charcoal pot cooking! We still get them in the villages. But yes, in the cities it’s all gas stoves these days.

Okay.....
In my village, the charcoal pot is not usually washed (the back) but left like outside the house and that's because they tend to use it more often than when used in the cities because the cities kitchen is built inside while the village kitchen is kept outside the house.
