So finally, the winter season has come. This is not just a season. It's all about emotions. During the winter, the Earth has tilted away from the sun. In this season people play badminton.Believe it or not, badminton can be an excellent workout all winter long! A match consists of the best of 3 games of 21 points. When the leading score reaches 11 points, players have a 60-second interval. People start playing badminton as soon as winter arrives. This game is very popular in villages and towns. If you're wondering why badminton would be a good choice for a winter exercise, just take a moment to consider the sport of tennis. Have you ever played a set? Moving around all over the court takes a lot more energy than it seems like an observer! It's not easy to play tennis in the winter, though, given how often the weather may interfere. That's what makes badminton such an excellent idea right from the beginning. When I was a kid, my father played with me. But now i can't play with him. I really miss those days. Now I play with my friends. People start playing badminton as soon as winter arrives. It doesn't even seem like winter until we have seen everyone making the court and start playing together. We also make a badminton court for playing. Now I will tell you the benefits of this game 1.Fitness: Playing badminton requires a lot of energy. It exercises the whole body. This is like physical exercise. 2.Increased flexibility: Playing badminton involves massive stretching and movements. So, it is a good sport for increasing the flexibility of our body joints. 3.Mental peace: It can help boost your intellect through competition and increase your wit to trick your opponent using your skills. Playing badminton may help relieve your stress and anxiety. One of the biggest advantages of playing badminton is attaining mental peace after seeing everyone's participation and enthusiasm.

Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach. The country estate of Beaufort's dukes in Gloucestershire, England, Where it was first played about 1873. Badminton was invented in India in a version called Poona. British Army Officers learned the game about 1870. In 1873 the Duke of Beaufort introduced the sport at his country estate, badminton, from which the game derives its name. This game contains so many emotions. Younger to older, everyone loves this game. This is a team game, so people can know about the understanding and scarifications for this game. The badminton world federation, famously known as BWF, is the governing body for the sport worldwide. Also, this governing body was formed in the year 1934. Furthermore, badminton is famous in Indonesia, Japan, Denmark, and Malaysia. The first championship under BWF was held in the year 1977. Badminton was introduced in the Olympics for the first time in 1972 as a demonstration sport. While at the 1992 Olympics, this game was under the full medal category. Also, the competition included men's as well as women's doubles, and mixed doubles were introduced in the 1996 Olympics. Also, there are many national, regional, and zonal tournaments held in many countries. One of the famous tournaments in badminton is the All-England championships. Additionally, the international and well-known tournaments include the Uber cup and Thomas cup.

Badminton is a sport for two or four("singles" or "doubles") people. It is an enjoyable game for everyone. The person who has interest & love in games will enjoy games a lot. Badminton is one of the best games and also good for health. Badminton also gives you focus, perfection, management, timing specialty. This will help you in day to day life & badminton not have any age limit. The benefit of badminton as a game is that it improves blood circulation to a greater extent, which means that it strengthens the heart muscles to pump blood more profusely. A stronger heart becomes a healthy heart as it causes unclogging of the arterial walls and reduces bad cholesterol. Badminton played at the highest level is not an easy sport. Badminton played leisurely with friends and fun absolutely is. It's easy for people to get started with badminton. Compared to other sports, the lightness of the shuttlecock and racquet makes it easy for beginners to get started hitting the bird. There is NO age limit to play badminton. I've seen recreational players who are in their 60s that still play pretty well. If you start learning badminton at the age of 22, you can potentially be a good casual player; but definitely NOT a professional player.

Additionally, there is a clear space of 1.3 meters around the court that is needed. The play in badminton consists entirely of hitting and volleying the shuttlecock back and forth across the net. It should also be kept in mind that the shuttlecock should not touch the ground or floor within the court boundaries. So we all should play this game. Cause it's not only a game but also an exercise.
