Shots for #AlphabetHunt letter U

As a new participant to this challenge, it's a really complicated challenge but a lot of fun. Shots have been limited to targeting only something related to the letter U. A pleasant difficulty. Okay, I'm in. This is the stuff I've been hunting for @barbara-orenya's special challenge.

U-c

Uca Crab

Uca is the genus name for the crab species, which includes fiddler crab. These crabs are also known as calling crabs because if you look at them, you see that they are always moving their big claws as if they were inviting. Or, you can imagine them playing the violin because only one claw is bigger (fiddler). Uca crabs are found in our place in Aceh, Sumatra, in the sandy and muddy mangrove swamps on the seafront.

Umbrella palm

This concerns umbrellas too. It's just that Umbrella palm is the name for a palm tree from the Arecaceae family. This is hardly different from the areca tree which has been a cultivated plant in our place for a long time. But Umbrella palm here is more often planted as a decorative plant in the yard or near the fence because it has beautiful leaves, and the fruit is pretty red or orange.

Unripe

Of course this banana bunch cannot be picked because the fruit is still not ripe, even the red banana blossom is still attached to the end of the bunch.

Uphill

A sign in a hilly area that reminds us to prepare for uphill.

Upstream

An area upstream of the river, from the end of the visible view, the water of this river flows which then empties into another, bigger river. Thus, this river is a tributary.

Useful

The net is very useful because it is the net from land trawlers used by fishermen to catch fish by spreading these nets in the sea near the shore and then pulling them to shore. So this net is called land trawl.

Secondly welcome to this #alphabethunt ! never too late to join, even if the more difficult letters are now coming, but you are free to participate or not to the next, we have people that do the hunt since the first letter and they have really a good amount of fun 😉

And lastly, bravo for this wonderful selection of U words, with beautiful shots and very accurate to the words that they illustrate very nicely ! As an animal lover, my favourite is the the crab, but all these shots of nature are really enjoyable 😍

Thank you so much for this warm and awesome welcome. I just realized that it has been a long time since many people with brilliant ideas have had fun here. 😃 Yes, it's never too late. This challenge is really challenging, educational, entertaining, enlightening. I will prepare the best I can for the next challenges.
