This week looking for the letter E.
My cover was made by Chantal, my daughter, and her digital art.

One morning when I went to take some sun on the roof I came across this turtle and thought, I'm going to keep a photo even though the letter T has not yet arrived, but I was struck by its large and completely black eyes.

Enjoying a day with dad is unique for my grandson, I can witness it when I accompany him on his Sunday walks.

One of the most exquisite dishes that my daughter prepares is this Zucchini Carpaccio.
Eggplant.🍆
Vegetables are always present in my meals, we eat it in many forms, but my favorite is the Eggplant cream.

And to finish, one of the family activities that we enjoy the most, being physically active helps us drain all the stress that comes from being at home all day.

I think I had dyslexia with D and E, but they don't even look alike, I edited it to correct my dyslexia😆

the cover is really amazing, I showed it to my 10 y.o. girl and kinda, tried to shame her up for not getting even to 30% of this level.
she said just: "wow, how did he make it?!"
and the egg-plant really made me smile, I enjoyed it very much, tho I have seen it already in somebody else's post, but your photo of it was far, far more enjoyable! do you really cook it right away on the fire?.. even without any pan??!
also I loved the exquisite salad - a good word, I have it in my vocabulary, just dont feel I need to use it in my everyday speech.

My daughter has been drawing since she was very young, she was always selected to make the billboards at her school, do not embarrass your daughter, it must be something natural, not imposed.
I changed the order of the photos, first you put it on the burner directly on the fire, you constantly turn it so that it cooks evenly, when the black shell is there you lower it and let it cool, you remove the shell and the result is the second photo, you bat with oil and spices.

that is a harsh truth, hahaha
probably I will not dare to do it your way, tho. I often used to fry them in a pan with oil and potatoes, or to stew with tomatoes and onions. (they like a lot of oil!) I definitely dare not cook them without a frying pan ...
My daughter doesn't like it directly on the burner either, so she uses the oven, I think the taste is not the same, but between taste and colors ...🤗
Since eggplants are oil lovers I avoid that sin, I use them every day in my stews, I am sure you do not beat me eating eggplants.😋
that is not possible, we have them only from Auguest till September. sadly. its a season food for me.
We can only get it with difficulty by the end of the year.
I continue with my 🥇 place in the consumption of eggplant, oh also Zucchini.🤗
You've really come up with sone wonderful E words, your daughter's digital art is lovely indeed! Funny old turtle's eye, will be lovely seeing the whole turtle when we get to the letter T ;)

A turtle on the roof - that is certainly something you would never see here in Austria ;) lol but these black eyes look cool.
This view of your city does not look that bad, and there's a lot of nature around and I bet many people will be in these woods for some fresh air.
Kids are the greatest joy in life and if my kids would allow me to post their photos I would certainly find a few similar to yours, which show the word enjoy perfectly.
That's a very nice collection of E-words, @truelovemom, and you don't need to be nervous, because it is a difficult letter and you have made it very well (and I still haven't found my sixth E-word 😉).

We have a natural lung called Warairarepano or Cerro del Ávila, with an approximate extension of 53,000 km². It is a very visited site, that mountain is magic, at the moment its entrances are closed by quarantine, although I do not doubt that someone can sneak in.
Children always inject a different energy to all activity.
I'll be on the lookout for your letter E hunt.🙋
I have just got a tip for another E-word 🙂
That's a huge area. You can close the entrances, but I don't think there's a fence around, so there will be more ways into the forest. It's the same here in the National parks which have been closed - there are other paths to get in ;)
Yes, children take some things much easier than we do, especially the computer stuff ;)
