RE: Imagine if the US congress was replaced by a Hive Dao style proposal ...

It's the process of getting on the ballot that sucks. The ballot itself should be online always changing never static ...unless there's a period where things lock in for a 48 hr in person voting period for example, but there should always be dynamic voting so people can be voted outatanytimeforexample

A blockchain proposal system would let us sift through all the small proposals but also let some smaller organicly popular proposals rise to the top....but we will have to stop people from gaming that system and from stealing proposal ideas etc haha there's a lot of problems but worthsolivng

I imagine the federal state or local proposal system at the end of the day all merged into one, many proposals working together coordinating large efforts minimizing waste and effectively governing via blockchain ID Powered DAO. The front-end will resemble kickstarter with top proposalsOrganizedByVotes

Imagine a government run kick starter type website where everyone logs in with a government real name id and can comment to earn points worth real money like hive/hbd, but the CBDC backed dollar will fund the big projects... but many smaller projects will blossom and create jobs

Yeah sounds terrible a government run kick starter type site ...unless you make it like anti fragile ipfs based or some tech where the more users online the stronger it becomes, like there could be a gov surplus of servers cashing in on mining a subsidized token .

Or just pay a private company to do it but have it all open source and transparent... no other way to garuntee a strong online digital gov id you can vote with... its what @dan larimer was trying to do, much of it to defeat ai in the future using elegant unbreakable math the ai couldneverchallenge

It's like, the point is, in order to jave our blockchain democracy of the future where daos fund everyones dream project, we need the gov ID fractal EdenOS login type system that @dan larimer never finished making.... maybe if he came back to hive he could build something here

So its just sad ro realize that @dan as a sort of crypto caretaker, created bitshares steemit and eos then catapulted us to see a great blockchain future for our governments but also left us stranded too far back in the delta quadrant to ever make it there. Maybe in 30 years
