Hive Drive #ideaseed
DApp on Hive for a Google Drive type service.
Users could upload Docs, Spreadsheets, Photos etc. with option to encrypt the files before uploading (therefore private - but option to share with other Hive Drive users). See comments

@nathansenn & @hlix built a rough draft for something like this, and they plan on expanding it in the future @atma.love.
@nathansenn is a Blockchain Developer so it's his line of work, and #HIVE only stores text..

Could bring a lot of users to Hive. The DHF could fund the data storage costs for free users not using too much data. Google have changed the terms for their picture storage. From sometime this year, the previously unlimited pics will become part of the 15 GB limit for all files.

It could be called HDrive .
Click here to create a free account (with @leofinance type ease of sign up). Pictures could always be posted free (but should there not be a size limit like google offer for free photo storage?)

The app could be tokenized (HDRIVE), for sure that token would gain value as HDrive network of users grows. The data limit for free users could be quite small as pictures are free to post. The network effect would also effect Hive too as each new HDrive user is also a Hive User

So, the video's would be uploaded to Bitchute (also a Hive DApp ), the photos to any of the Hive DApps with photo upload capability, and would be monetized with tokens from Hive, Bitchute etc. so high users could afford HDrive premium accounts.
