I am not close to the matter so I don't really know the details, but I expect that it will be dealt with in the bankruptcy. Based on how these usually go, it will probably be sitting idle for months or even years, and eventually it will probably be sold for the benefit of creditors/depositors.

By the way, why are they even bankrupt? Did they invest customer funds in a scam or something?
It doesn't seem like anything like that. As far as I can tell they just aren't able to run the business profitably.
