This multiplier of voting power to vote value is continuously decreasing for POB and I believe that this multiplier makes a lot of difference. As #pob is a new community, it has higher multiplier and #leo being the old community the multiplier has stabilized. You may also want to see the multiplier of #bht which is again a new community offering extra ordinary curation rewards but the token is priced far lower hence the direct dollar impact looks negligible.
It will be interesting to see pob now, without purchase orders from you, hopefully it can hold a good price!
what I hear is that people want an organized road map and detailed white paper because us oldtimers have seen too many be the 'big new shiny' and fizzle out for any number of reasons. Nobody knows how things will go but right now they seem to be shifting a bit to people using the front end, staking and encouraging discourse , healthy debate but there are a lot of us who want a road map and some more information on how the dev ends are going or that the communities wants/needs are integrated into what work is being done.

There is a sea of questions within the community, but little is said about how to put pob to use.
Thus we will be able to make this community stronger if we find a use for its currency, and not just a subjective value!
