Glimpse of life - watercolors on paper
Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing an urban subject painted in large format watercolor. As you can see it is a glimpse seen from under an ancient round archway depicting a scene of life in an old village. I completely imagined the painting in order to express myself with freer brushstrokes untethered from preordained and precise aesthetic canons. So I played a lot with colors and brushstrokes to achieve an animated scene in the warm spring sunlight.

Scorcio di vita - acquarelli su carta
Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido un soggetto urbano dipinto ad acquarello di grande formato. Come potete vedere si tratta di uno scorcio visto da sotto un antico arco a tutto sesto che rappresenta una scena di vita di un vecchio paese. Il dipinto l'ho completamente immaginato per potermi esprimere con pennellate più libere e svincolate da canoni estetici preordinati e precisi. Così ho giocato molto con i colori e le pennellate per ottenere una scena movimentata alla luce del caldo sole di primavera.
