Please I can't breathe!
I redid the subject I posted last year again with some changes.
Like millions of people, I too was impressed and disgusted by the death of George Floyd, killed by Agent Chauvin.
George Floyd died on May 25, 2020 and the next day I made a painting in his memory. Today I share my latest version of the watercolor, a killer knee. Yesterday the final part of the trial was held, and in the meantime people continue to be killed by the ease of shooting of US agents.
All the final speeches are over and the jury met to begin deliberations. The last speech is that of the attorney Steve Schleicher who highlights the nine minutes and 29 seconds in which George Floyd tried desperately to breathe, begging the agent who was about to die, as showed by the many videos.
The attorney literally says "the agent killed a man!".
I hope the condemnation is unanimous and correct.

Per piacere non posso respirare!
Ho rifatto di nuovo il soggetto che avevo postato l'anno scorso con alcune modifiche.
Come milioni di persone anch'io sono rimasto impressionato e disgustato per la morte di George Floyd, ucciso dall'agente Chauvin. George Floyd morì il 25 maggio 2020 e il giorno dopo io realizzai un dipinto in sua memoria.
Oggi condivido la mia ultima versione dell'acquarello, un ginocchio assassino. Ieri si è tenuto la parte finale del processo, ed intanto continuano persone uccise dalla facilità di sparare degli agenti statunitensi.
Tutte le arringhe finali sono terminate e la giuria si è riunita per iniziare le deliberazioni.
L'ultima arringa è quella del procuratore Steve Schleicher che mette in evidenza i nove minuti e 29 secondi in cui George Floyd ha cercato disperatamente di respirare, implorando l'agente che stava per morire, come testimoniato dai numerosi video.
Il procuratore dice testualmente "l'agente ha ucciso un uomo!".
Spero che la condanna sia unanime e corretta.
