The sunset of history.
Hello to all dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I share with you two watercolors that have as their theme the story and its sunset. Both represent two religious buildings in conditions of neglect, in two different contexts.
The ruin of the buildings presupposes a neglect on the part of the man who has abandoned religious belief. Not bad if the aspiring priests or patrons have fallen in number, time restores everything.
The passing of time, an abstract and unquantifiable concept, we perceive it only through visual evidence, such as the aging of architectural elements or of human beings. The passage of time is fascinating, enriching buildings with new life, dressing them with new colors and new shapes.
When we talk about the transience of life, we cannot help mentioning the sunset, a moment of the day that turns to the end of the light. Here is the sunset of religion that marks the end of a millennial era in which believing in a god was the temporal history of man.
Millennial decays and few future prospects in the beautiful eternal sunsets of the planet.

Il tramonto della storia.
Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido con voi due acquarelli che hanno come tema la storia e il suo tramonto. Entrambi rappresentano due edifici religiosi in condizioni di abbandono, in due contesti differenti.
La rovina degli edifici presuppone una incuria da parte dell'uomo che ha abbandonato il credo religioso. Poco male se gli aspiranti sacerdoti o chirichetti sono calati di numero, il tempo ristabilisce tutto.
Il trascorrere del tempo, concetto astratto e non quantificabile, lo percepiamo solo attraverso testimonianze visive, come l'invecchiamento degli elementi architettonici o degli esseri umani. Il passare del tempo è affascinante, arricchisce di nuova vita gli edifici, vestendoli con nuovi colori e nuove forme.
Quando parliamo di caducità della vita, non possiamo fare a meno di citare il tramonto, un momento del giorno che volge alla fine della luce.
Ecco il tramonto della religione che segna la fine di un epoca millenaria in cui credere in un dio era la storia temporale dell'uomo.
Decadenze millenarie e poche prospettive future nei bellissimi tramonti eterni del pianeta.
