Today was a bit different. I got up and had coffee, then I played with Hawthorne before eating breakfast. I walked to the front gate and opened it so Mom and Dad could get out. Then I did some work and ate breakfast.
Midmorning, I took Hawthorne outside to chase the neighbor's horse off the property.
I did more work then walked to the mailbox to pick up the mail. I ate lunch and did more work.
In the afternoon, I played with Hawthorne some more, filled up our water barrels, and nailed the tin roof back onto our shed. After dinner, I went to my parents' house and played cards.
I ended the day with more than 5,000 activity points.
