Hey guys
My today's count with actifit is slightly less and I could not complete 10k steps because there was lot of work in the office today.
Sometimes Friday is not good day and I get use volume of work to finish in office and in that case it gets really difficult to go outside and do some physical activities which ads up numbers in actifit.
I even came late from office so after dinner also I could not walk for long. Making a 3 speed post now and before I publish that I want to share this one first.
