After two days ago an increase in patients suspected of being infected with coronavirus, the management of the hospital visited by these patients was spraying with disinfectants. This spraying is to minimize the spread of coronavirus either in the hospital or in the surrounding environment which is thought to have been visited by patients who have contracted coronavirus.
Spraying was carried out yesterday afternoon by several personnel from the hospital and from the local government health department. In fact, hospitals during the outbreak of coronavirus periodically spray disinfectants. Spraying is done to all rooms, the main target is the emergency room and isolation room. Likewise, health workers who work in isolation rooms, must be sprayed every time they finish their work. Spraying on health workers is done after the patient comes out of the isolation room. From the isolation room there is a transit room that functions as a disinfecting room. In this transit room, health workers must remove all their outer clothing (personal protective equipment) and spraying it with disinfectant. After that, health care workers are allowed to leave the room and are advised to wash up or take a shower before leaving the hospital.
When increasing the spread of this coronavirus, cleanliness in all places must always be considered, not only clean but sterile and no germs. And so far every health worker is expected to always use masks, both surgical masks or masks from cloth to prevent coronavirus infection. Because the mask that we use can prevent droplets that contain viruses from entering the mouth and nose. Coronavirus is best for breeding when entering the mouth or nose, because there are the most droplets or fluids. So by using a mask, we will be able to prevent being infected by coronavirus.
