Yesterday, I woke up around 10am and went directly to the gym. Told myself I’d do some house chores when I come back. But guess what, felt so tired and decided to get “a bit of sleep” first. Ended up sleeping the rest of the day 🤦♀️😆 Ate only dinner, lied down for a few hours and slept again 🤭
Anyway, I changed a part of leg day routine recently and this is what I have been doing since. I am focusing more on lower weights with time under tension rather than heavier weights for strength. Although I did have progress in growing muscles with heavy weights, it was a slow process. So I’m changing things up a bit to see any difference.

Leg Press:
