Pogoda już taka sobie niestety, ale na spacer można powiedzieć w sam raz, więc machnęliśmy 12 km w miłych okolicznościach przyrody.

Unfortunately, the weather is so-so, but you can say it's just right for a walk, so we waved 12 km in nice natural circumstances.

Do kąpieli w Wiśle niestety dużo brakuje, ale za to można było spalić kalorie, które następnie można było z rozkoszą nadrobić.

There was definitely too cold to swim in Vistula, but we could burn some calories, which we could then make up for with pleasure.

Jeśli chodzi o tytułowe pierogi, to wzięliśmy dla próby cztery wersje smakowe:

• z oscypkiem i żurawiną
• kresowe, czyli jak ruskie, ale dodatkowo z czosnkiem i majerankiem
• mięsne pikantne
• rybne - łosoś i anchois.

Ja jestem zdecydowanie fanką pierogów bezmięsnych, czyli u mnie bez dwóch zdań wygrywają dwa pierwsze warianty, ale i tak najlepsze na świecie są klasyczne ruskie u mamy 🙃

As for the title dumplings, we ordered four flavor versions:

• with oscypek and cranberries
• dumplings with cheese and potato, but additionally with garlic and marjoram
• spicy meat
• fish - salmon and anchovies.

I am definitely a fan of meatless dumplings, so for me the first two variants win without a doubt, but still the best in the world are the classic Ruthenian pierogis at my mother's 🙃
