Hope you get back to 100%, soon! And yes, I always enjoyed flexible times. My workers do, too. I don't give them hourly times and pay them by the job done. Only two rules - bread has to be ready at 7am, and the quality has to be right. How they get there? I don't care. They can watch series or take as many breaks as they want as long as those two rules are respected.
