Walk in the Park

Good morning actiffiters 👋
Yesterday was a pretty intense day. I had a lot of tasks and responsibilities to complete. But despite the busyness, we were able to steal time for our family and enjoy a late walk in the park.

The park was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. My daughter, Raya, enjoyed the free time and thoroughly enjoyed herself. The opportunity to play with the pigeons was especially fun for her. She fed them with great pleasure and the pigeons, in turn, wanted more and more , at first it was just one , then it became over 10 😁

This simple but special moment with the pigeons reminded us that small joys and good deeds can bring happiness and heartfelt satisfaction. And while Raya had fun with the pigeons, we watched with a smile and gratitude for this shared time and experience.

The past day showed us that despite our busy schedules and responsibilities, it is important to make time for the people we love and the activities that bring us joy. Little moments like these energize us and help us appreciate the beauty of simple happiness and family harmony❤️

Morning:
my evening started with a bailey walk this fool had parked very stupidly so people couldn't pass and to pass you had to go down the street

then I had a delicious banana oat cake for breakfast that my wife had made, I added some cranberries and honey

then I went to the gym for an hour, it was quite refreshing
