My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2020

Happy Sunday everyone!

I’m sleep deprived last night. I’m still here at my husband’s place. I woke up at seven. My routine here is always the same- helping in the kitchen, washing the dishes. I’m glad I was able to squeeze time for workout. As I was frying and while waiting for the fish to browned, I did my usual stretching and exercise poses.

I also walked outside the house. Good thing their dog got backed in his cage.

This evening, we had a wonderful shabu-shabu and samgyupsal dinner as a family. I helped in doing the dishes after.
