A Seaside Stroll……but first…….
Last night, we had a lovely dinner with Michael and Christine. The table was lovely…….
The meal was delicious! We enjoyed the time spent with them very much.
So, today was the day to try to do the second leg of the uncompleted shopping trip I had originally planned for Tuesday past. First stop was to Cash-N-Carry for coffee syrup, cups and cocoa. Then, it was off to the UPS store to drop off three Amazon returns. Then to Walmart.
Walmart was pretty busy and I noticed they still had some ‘Black Friday’ merchandise. Anyway, I got most of what was on the list but knew @silvertop was antsy to go somewhere to get some pics for today’s post. So, I forwent my Winco grocery shopping to accommodate him and drove to Boulevard Park down by the bay. Amazingly there were more people there than I would have thought because it was definitely NOT warm! It was gloriously sunny! 🌞

These seagulls were clustered both in the air and on the water. I’m guessing there must have been some dead fish around there. At one point, a turkey buzzard came fly towards their spot and the scattered like crazy! I guess the turkey buzzard is the alpha bird over a seagull.
We found a shore pine with a Christmas ornament someone put on it. It reminded me of the community tree we would decorate at the entrance to the High Trail. Too bad some others didn’t add to that single ornament.
I plan to try to finish the shopping I needed to do, in two weeks. This time however, I’ve told @silvertop that he has to stay behind. I can’t very well shop for his Christmas if he’s with me, now can I? 🧑🎄
Tomorrow brings church which I’m looking forward to.

What is this red color football hanging from the tree is it something man made or some real fruit help.
That is a sparkly Christmas ornament someone left on the tree. I a surprised no one has added to it. If I'd known, I would have! Take care!
I have never seen some thing like this in my life cause it did not seem like an ornament to me thanks for clarifying.
No worries! It was glittery but the photo didn't really show all the sparkles somehow. I wonder if we go back in a week or two, if anyone will have added more? Take care!
Being out enjoying fresh air, building up appetite to enjoy a meal together always a perfect way to spent time at the seaside. Lovely photograph share and happy Sunday.
