Periwinkle blue; a very pretty color and the color of a cornflower. I used to view flowers like these as weeds, but once you live in the high desert, they are wildflowers. I’ve learned to appreciate the beauty of flowers that some might call weeds!
It was a strange day-well sort of, at work. Yesterday, I had to cancel his first two appointments for today as he needed to go to the doctor with his son who’d broken his arm just behind the wrist. Beyond that and except for the last appointment, we were booked. It was pleasantly busy but not overwhelmingly so. The day passed fairly quickly, and after all, it IS Friday!😁
I’m glad the week is done! Not much in the line of hiking got done, but I do have some archived pictures to share, but first, I’m going to try to share a short video from our son and daughter in law’s hike from last weekend. Listen carefully…..it’s silence except for a few noises Phoenix makes!
