Lo and behold, I'm dead people!
This is supposed to be a happy post announcing my weight loss over the week and improvement in my strength and all things healthy and happy!
But it is not!!!
I've gained 4 kg after coming here and 2 kgs after joining the gym. Well, I thought it's because of muscles building at first. But, now at gaining 2 extra kgs, I don't think that's the case.
Coming to the diet, I've had a very bad diet today, all thanks to my lovely boyfriend who loves to feed me all the greasy snacks out there!
Here's the spread he had for me today when he went to have a simple tea and one snack. That's right, he had only one snack and look at my plate!😭
It didn't stop there. I fell sick today. It started as a bit of flu and by evening, I'm down with fever! And guess what my dinner was?!!
I'll give you a hint: it was not very healthy!

Well, that's today's rant about everything going upside down in my life. Sorry for a bit of negative energy through the screen today! I'm sure things are going to get better. My diet and health too :)
