My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2020

I almost forgot to do my actifit post and it's already close to midnight. Shame on me, I'm not used to posting every day anymore.

Today was a difficult day, was cleaning almost all day. Not exactly sports activity but it needed to be done, so it's done. Since my back injury, I can't do much and need to be careful. So over 7000 steps for today.
