Monday is chest day as the old fitness-bro saying goes and this week it was true for us as well. We alternate between two upper-body workouts/one lower-body workouts and one upper-body workout/two lower-body workouts.
This week was Chest and arms on Monday and although it was very cold, we didn't freeze. We stayed warm by cutting the breaks between sets to a minimum and finished the full session in under an hour.
We're getting the groove back :o).
