No siempre nos podemos ver ni entrenar, así que siempre estamos programando un espacio para estar juntos y hacer actividad física. El día de ayer me reuní con mis amigos @valecillos y @edixovm para entrenar.
Nos paramos muy temprano. El clima estaba hecho un asco con mucha humedad porque ya comenzó la temporada de lluvias en nuestra ciudad. Aun así pusimos de nuestra parte para entrenar bajo las peores condiciones, por lo menos para el tipo de rutina que hicimos.
Esta rutina se divide en bloques, está compuesta mayoritariamente por muscle ups y dominadas, y con intervalos de descanso bastante cortos. Es una bestialidad. Pero queremos seguir poniéndonos fuertes, así que ni modo, a entrenar.

We can't always see each other or train, so we are always scheduling a space to be together and do physical activity. Yesterday I met up with my friends @valecillos and @edixovm to train.
We stopped early in the morning. The weather was a mess with a lot of humidity because the rainy season has already started in our city. Even so we did our part to train under the worst conditions, at least for the type of routine we did.
This routine is divided into blocks, is mostly composed of muscle ups and pull ups, and with fairly short rest intervals. It's a beast. But we want to keep getting stronger, so no way, back to training.
