Hola saludos amigos de Actific y familia de #SWC en este día les comparto lo que fue mi actividad diaria en el área cardiovascular, enfocándome en el trabajo de resistencia que suelo realizar 2 veces por semana generalmente en mis descansos activos, también incluyo ejercicios de movilidad y aeróbicos para mejorar mi flexibilidad dándole esa descarga adecuada a mis articulaciones que por lo general suelo trotar antes de estos entrenamientos entre 3 a 4 kilómetros y al terminal realizo 200 saltos de cuerda para mantener unas piernas fuertes y con buena resistencia.
Hello, greetings friends of Actific and #SWC family, on this day I share with you what my daily activity was in the cardiovascular area, focusing on the resistance work that I usually do 2 times a week generally during my active breaks, I also include mobility exercises and aerobics to improve my flexibility by giving my joints that adequate relief. I usually jog before these workouts between 3 to 4 kilometers and at the end I do 200 rope jumps to keep my legs strong and with good resistance.
En este día salí de mi casa a las 5:00 de la tarde rumbo al parque Bolívar 2000 trotando, seguido de 2 vueltas caminando y finalicé con unos estiramientos para sentirme relajado a nivel articular.
On this day I left my house at 5:00 in the afternoon heading to Bolívar 2000 park, jogging followed by 2 walking laps and ended with some stretches to feel relaxed at the joint level.
Mis objetivos semanales se basan en mantener mi porcentaje de grasa corporal, ya que para los que no saben tengo 34 años y si me hace difícil mantener mi peso, siempre debo recurrir a un balance nutricional más los entrenamientos cardiovasculares que ayudan a mantener el peso apropiado y aunque cada día es un reto estoy dispuesto a no rendirme y a superarlo.
My weekly goals are based on maintaining my body fat percentage, since for those who don't know I am 34 years old and if it is difficult for me to maintain my weight, I must always resort to a nutritional balance plus cardiovascular training that helps maintain the appropriate weight and although every day is a challenge, I am willing to not give up and overcome it.
