As the title suggests today we are up to some dips on the rings.
Bulgarian dips are a bit different than the regular ones as arms won’t stay close to the core, they will be a bit spaced away.
On the menu for this push session:
- Bulgarian dips on rings 5x8-10
- flyes on rings 5x8-12
- push-ups on rings 4x8-12
- regular push-ups 5x15
- triceps extensions 3x8-12
- triceps push down 3x15
Tough session, I’m expecting muscle pain tomorrow ;)
