I woke up late because I slept around 1:30am. It's not that insomnia is back. I'm feeling sleepy around 9pm but I tried to remain awake because I have to do something.
I feel groggy but I still did some chores like cooking our meals. Of course, I did my online tasks again.
My wife and I did some stretching again, and I think it is what I need to make my nerves active. I also walked around the house. I did some online tasks again in the evening, and watched another Korean series.
