Getting back in to a running set. Need to up the cardio

Went out for a quick run at lunch. Sure was hot. Seemed to be of time wise and pace. Working up to a bigger run in Sept. Hope to be back on pace.

Trying to work on getting some running in between the rucking that I've been doing. Don't get me wrong rucking is hella good cardio but nothing like a straight out run.

Stay healthy, stay active and keep moving.

6 km. running? 😱 Woww this is really too much for me. 6 km. I can walk but I can't run.
6 km in total every day in high school. I was going to school and coming back. The school was too far away and there was no bus to get there.
But every day 6 km. I can say that I miss walking very much.😃
